Automatic Shipping (Auto-Ship) Overview

Enroll in drinkwel's Auto-Ship program and you will then receive regular shipments of your product(s) every thirty (30), forty-five (45), sixty (60), or ninety (90) days, depending on the increment you selected. Auto-Ship saves you time by eliminating re-ordering and money by eliminating all shipping and handling costs. And, of course, we'll make it easy to cancel or adjust the shipping date.

Your automatic orders will ship out 30, 45, 60, or 90 days after your original order shipped (unless it is a Saturday or Sunday, in which case it will ship out the Friday before).

Billing Procedure:

Your credit card will be billed automatically when we ship your order. Any applicable taxes will be added to each shipment. All credit card, billing and shipping address changes can be made by logging into your account or emailing customer service at contact(at)drinkwel.com.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your shipments, change the frequency, or adjust your shipping date at any time by clicking "login" in the top right of any drinkwel.com page. Once you login as a Returning Customer, it will take you to the "My Account" page. Under the header "Recurring Orders" click the "View Details" to the right of the Order #. From there, you can cancel your order, change the frequency, or delay a shipment.

Or if you prefer to have us cancel for you, just email customer service at contact(at)drinkwel.com and we'll take care of it. Please notify us at least three (3) days prior to your order being shipped. We promise to make it easy! Even if you receive the product and want a refund after the fact, you may do so by shipping us the product back (unopened) as per our Return Policy.

* Shipping method will be at the sole discretion of drinkwel, LLC.
